Wedding Activities for the Children (Change of Clothes Required)

The most fantastic staff at Mungalli Falls have provided three activities for all the kids (yes Paul, you can have a go too). Straight after the ceremony and Afternoon Tea, Mungalli Staff will whisk the kids off to engage in the activity that most takes your child’s fancy:

  • Landslide

  • Archery

  • Flying Fox

WARNING WARNING

Paul with Alexander and his guests at his 11th birthday party.

The Landslide and Flying Fox will produce wet, dirty and tired children. So…perhaps the lacy Victorian wedding frock that you had planned for Susie to wear will not be appropriate. Dress the kids in clothes they can play in. They will definitely need a hot bath and a change of clothes after the activities and before the BBQ dinner.

After dinner, we have a bonfire and singing planned. Weather permitting this will happen in the open space near the accommodation. For those who want to put kids to bed, we will still all be close enough so that kids are not left alone.

For the bigger kids – we have a DVD organised to show in the rotunda (also very close to where we’ll be).

To get an idea of the layout, check out the Mungalli maps.

If kids want to join the bonfire that’s fine with us.

The wet weather contingency is that everything will be happening at the Rainforest Café at the top of the falls and beside the rapids.
